Featuring a variety of control methods, low operation and maintenance costs, and clean and corrosion-resistant operation, the VSP Series Screw Vacuum Pump, with its high-speed type multi-stage oil-free variable pitch rotor, can clean and evacuate the vacuum system. Features such as multi-directional blowing, gas and liquid monitoring, and variable frequency control make operation more reliable and performance more stable. These products are widely used in the semiconductor, lithium-ion battery, photovoltaic and other industries.
The main difference between a Screw Vacuum Pump and an Oil Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is their working mechanism and application due to the presence or absence of lubricating fluid. Oil rotary vane vacuum pumps use oil or other fluids in the pumping mechanism to seal, lubricate and cool the pumping unit, which facilitates the compression process and helps remove heat generated during operation.
In contrast, Screw Vacuum Pumps do not have any sealing or lubricating fluid in the compression chamber. This eliminates the risk of contamination by oil or other lubricants, making it ideally suited for applications that require high purity and cleanliness, while also avoiding jamming damage from oil emulsification. Furthermore, Screw Vacuum Pumps typically require no oil consumption, are less maintenance intensive (or even maintenance free), and are more environmentally friendly since they eliminate the risk of oil leaks and do not involve any handling of contaminated fluids.
We are committed to providing customers with innovative, high-quality, cost-effective products and quality services.
